It is possible to stimulate some muscle growth in 20 minutes, but in order to see gains or fat loss, you would need to stimulate a lot of testosterone to help with muscle growth. I suggest trying to workout between 30-45 minutes a day.
complex or interval training will help you lose weight, and gain muscle at the same time.
A complex will look something like this
Squat 8 reps
squat and press 8 reps
push press 8 reps
Do this 4 times with a 1-2 minute break. The goal with complexes is to perform one exercise to the next with no stop. This means you will need to find a weight that will work for all the exercises in the complex. Complexes can be a variety of different exercises, this is just an example. :)
