
GMAIL
Note: These signatures will only work on Firefox and Google Chrome Web Browsers
1. Download the Blank Canvas Plugin for Firefox or Chrome. This plugin allows you to have an HTML email signature when using Gmail to send your emails
2. Restart your webrowser
3. Login to Gmail
4. Compose an email
5. Next to the “Discard” button, you will see 2 new icons. Click the one on the Left
6. Paste in the code and hit “Save Signature”

YAHOO
1. Sign in to your Yahoo! Mail account. From the top navigation bar, click on “Options.” You can find this on the far right-side of the screen.
2. Find the “Signature” link in the “Management” column on the right side of the screen. If you do not see it, make sure “Mail” is selected in the “Options” menu at the left.
3. Copy and paste the generated HTML for your new signature.
4. Click the “Add signature to all outgoing messages” checkbox if you always want to use your signature. If you may not always want to use your signature, you can leave this unchecked and add your signature only when you want to.
6. Hit the “Save” button at the bottom when you are done creating your signature.
7. Add your signature manually by checking the “Use my signature” check box at the bottom of every Yahoo! Mail message. Although you will not see your signature, it will be added to the bottom of your email when it is sent.

OUTLOOK
1. Open Outlook Express and create a new email message. Create your signature within the email window.
2. Select the “Source” tab at the bottom of the new email window. Highlight and copy (“Edit” > “Copy”) the content between “” and “”–this is your signature, written in HTML.
3. Open a basic text editor on your computer. Notepad is the default, included with the Windows operating system. Paste (“Edit” > “Paste”) the copied HTML signature into a new text document.
4. Select “File” > “Save As…” and save the document as “Signature.html” to the “My Documents” folder.
5. Select “Tools” > “Options” from within Outlook Express and click on the “Signatures” tab.
6. Select “File” within “Edit Signature,” highlighting the proper signature. Click “Browse…” and navigate to the “Signature.html” file within “My Documents.” Click “OK” to save your settings.

AOL
1. Open your browser with AOL and log on to your AOL email account. Select “Settings” from the “Menu” taskbar along the top of the screen.
2. Select “Mail Signatures” under the “Communication & Organization” category. A blank box opens that then allows you to create your personal email signature. Click on the “Create” button at the bottom of the box.
3. Copy and paste the generated HTML for your new signature in the space provided by the “Create Signature” box that opens after you have clicked “Create.”
4. Add your signature in the space below your signature name. Choose your font style and size. Click on the “OK” button after you are satisfied with your AOL email signature.
5. Verify that the “Add this signature to messages sent using AOL Mail on the Web” is checked to add your signature to outgoing AOL messages.

HOTMAIL
1. Log on to Hotmail and click on “Options” in the top right-hand corner of the Hotmail window.
2. Find the “Customize Your Mail” menu. From the menu, click on “Personal Email Signature.” A signature window will open.
3. Copy and paste the generated HTML for your new signature.
4. Click the “Save” button when you’re through editing your signature.
5. Create a new Hotmail email message to check your signature. Your signature should appear automatically every time you open a new message.

MOZILLA THUNDERBIRD
1. Go to Start -> Program -> Accessories -> Notepad
2. Copy the generated HTML for your new signature below and paste it as the content in Notepad and then save it as signature.html (remember to select “All Files” at the “Save as Type” before you save)
3. Open Thunderbird. Select Tools and Account Settings from the program’s menu.
4. Click on your account’s email address.
5. Check the Attach This Signature option, click Choose, browse your hard drive for your signature file and attach it by pressing Open.
6. Click OK in the Account Settings panel to save your changes.
7. Test your signature by sending an email to another email address.
