Dr. Kushner’s Personality Type Diet was authored by Dr. Robert Kushner, and his wife Nancy. Dr. Kushner is a well-regarded expert in the weight loss field, often consulted by various health authorities. Dr. Kushner expanded the Personality Type Diet into an online format at Diet.com.

Dr. Kushner believes that our personality has a major impact on our attitude towards food and exercise. This will come as no surprise to most of us! Every week another new fad or eating plan comes out, claiming weight loss miracles and unfortunately most of us ‘fall off the rails’ for some reason or another.

The Personality Type Diet begins with a 70 question survey – designed to root out all of our fears, feelings, and attitudes – not just about food, but exercise, and other life skills. The outcome of this questionnaire will give you 3 different personality types: Eating personality, Exercise personality, and Coping personality.

The Personality Type Diet is excellent and highly recommended. It is free of any faddish ideas, and makes a serious attempt to assist you in gaining complete control over your weight.
