Staying happily married takes a lot of work and it always requires everything to be accomplished as a couple. As the popular saying goes, it takes two to tango so it means that if the marriage is on the verge of breaking, two people are to blame, two people needs to work on it and it takes two people to save it.

Empty promises and broken words is the last thing you need to deal with if your marriage is already in the verge of destruction. Exert effort so you can remain true to your word so in return, it will also serve as encouragement and a reminder to your partner that you are doing what you can so your spouse should do the same. Remember that it will be equal gain for the two of you at the end of the road.

The next thing to do is to spend time together. Get to know each other and create new happy memories together. Have fun together and re-discover how much you mean to each other. Rekindle the romance. Intensify your emotions towards each other so you can realize how good you are as a married couple and the fact that you have something between the two of us founded in trust, devotion and love.
