Thank You, One of the Greatest Phrases Ever

Thank Yous

Aside from the words, “I love you”, “I miss you,” and “I am sorry,” the phrase “Thank You” is one of the greatest phrases ever.

It is fundamental to any kind of relationship. Saying thank you means that we’ve noticed a person’s effort and that we appreciate that kind of effort may it be in a form of a kind word, a tangible thing, or a feeling.

Showing your gratitude to one another makes the interpersonal bond stronger and there are endless reasons on why a thank you is necessary. Bear in mind that gratitude enhances nearly all spheres of human experience. It has become vital and a very much human experience to say thank you and to receive the very same words of gratitude.

Have you said thank you lately?

Thank You

When was the last time you thanked your spouse or partner for the love and trust that the two of you shared? For looking out for each other and for trying to bring out the best of each other? As partners, together you go through the phases of life together – in richer or poorer and in sickness and in health. With you being together so long, don’t take advantage of the familiarity and trust to be an excuse not to show your appreciation. Thanked your spouse or partner now and do it with a loving kiss.

Growing up and being able to share your life and every thing that happens on it with your siblings and friends is another life moment to be always thankful for. The petty fights and even the silly childhood rivalry are the things from the past. School activities and milestones shared during slumber parties and football games won’t be complete without them. Say thank you to your siblings and friends now and do it with a caring hug.

At the office, show your appreciation and gratitude to your boss, co-workers and employees. As a team, you accomplish something worthwhile and it is through your teamwork and joined efforts that you succeed and fail. Together, you are able to support your families and grow as an individual. Thank them now with a strong but sincere handshake.

Today, there are millions of ways to show your gratitude. No reason for excuses. Send them a postcard or snail mail. Send them an email or a message on their social networking sites. Call them or send an SMS. Most importantly, say thank you in person every chance you get.

It warms the heart and brings a smile…plus it makes you feel good inside too!
